All orders will be delivered by Royal Mail Recorded Signed For, which includes tracking should anything happen to your parcel. We maintain a file of tracking numbers for all parcels sent out.

All orders placed before 4pm will normally be dispatched the same day. Most orders should be delivered within 2-3 working days of despatch. If for some reason you have not received your parcel within 7 working days, please contact us on 0845 084 6284.

These charges will be added to your order at the check out.
